Liked: The staff was friendly and welcoming, they helped us with parking and easy check in.
Disliked: The king mattress was two twin beds together, made my back hurt, the AC and heater is also outdated, it does NOT work properly and is very loud & rusty when turned on.

Basic hotel nothing terrible, but...

Liked: Not much location excellent if you want to walk from union station or blue line from o'hare airport. Staff were helpful and friendly. Shampoo was nice.
Disliked: Very basic hotel rubbish views, room too hot even with air con on. Very dated, needs a massive refurbishment. This would be a two star hotel in the UK. Functional for budget travellers. However for the same price I got a suite with a view of the park and lake, swimming pool and gym, so shop around there are some reasonably priced places, this is one but you get what you pay for.
