Liked: Nothing beside the location
Disliked: The rooms were not clean enough especially the bathroom. The amenities were of poor quality. The staff were just doing their job… nothing more

Fantastic hotel in San Francisco,...

Liked: Location was very central to Union Square, Chintatown. Bed was so very comfortable. Room was spacious and had a microwave and coffee machine. Club floor was great for complimentary tea/coffee everyday.
Disliked: I couldn't fault anything.
