Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Came into town for a concert last minute; wonderful stay after show.

Liked: The hotel was clean and tidy, and offered a decent continental breakfast.

I was very pleased with our accommodations. The beds were very comfortable and everything in the room was clean. The towels were plentiful and of good quality. I would definitely stay there again.

Liked: bed sheets and towels were pathetic, and also when entering hotel, lobby and in the lift, there was an awful smell around, and it goes till room. there were dust bins and plastic/paper waste laying out side of most of the rooms,
Disliked: the only staff was polite, Kitchen and breakfast hall was a little better, everything else was so awful. I didn't have breakfast by the way but that area looked a little better
