Liked: I Loved the view from the room !

Decent but VERY over priced

Liked: The rooms were not booked as respected and there was no option to fix it. I chose River views through booking and paid more for it and then did not get a River view room. The hotel is under construction. Is pet friendly and the halls have bad odors. Right before I got there I found rooms were $78 per night. I stayed 2 nights with 2 rooms and paid over $400 and it absolutely was not with $400/night. The breakfast was good each morning though.

Booking.com is a scam

Liked: Property was great. Booking.com screwed me over and charged more then advertised

Disliked: Dried blood stains on the pillowcase was very off putting. Bed was extremely old and sagging in the middle

Liked: The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Our room had a nice view of the lit up cable bridge at night.
Disliked: The room's furniture was antiquated and well worn. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds we have ever had. Our first-floor river view was marred by overgrown weeds and shrubbery. Unbeknownst to us, the pool and hot tub, and the lounge, The Crows Nest, were closed due to remodeling for almost a year. We were very disappointed and chose to forfeit the money we paid for the second night to stay somewhere else.
