Terrible 20 year anniversary stay....

Disliked: Terrible customer service. Nobody was ever at the desk. Dirty, dingy and musty everywhere. Had to go to hotel NEXT DOOR for our less than average “continental breakfast”

As nice as staff was,...

Liked: The desk was helpful when the tv wouldn’t work.
Disliked: Room felt and looked dirty. There was a stain on the carpet when we checked in and the water in the sink was constantly running.

Great stay for the value...

Liked: The. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious consisting of sausage linked, eggs, waffles cereals and beverages The location was the best Lake Erie right in the back to enjoy
Disliked: The balcony off are room had the Biggest spider’s ever looks like it had never been used or Cleaned off for guest to enjoy it

Liked: Hot items for breakfast to choose from
Disliked: The pool was closed for the season and it was hot 84 Port Clinton is a Resort town so people expect lounge around by the pool

Staff was pleasant, and location...

Disliked: For the price….not as expected. Tiny room, I found a women’s eye lashes stuck to my bedding, the whole place stunk like marijuana, one of the rooms right at the top of the stairs had the strongest smell of cat urine so bad it stunk up the hallway. The bathtub did not drain, and there was hair on and around the toilet.
