Superb

Liked: The location is superb, just a few steps away from King Cross Station. Have gender toilet and shower and very clean. Friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. I would definitely recommend this.
Disliked: The room can be a little small.

Disliked: Everything it’s supper dirty I swear it’s crazy they’re homeless everywhere . Water was on the floor in the room

Liked: Decent standards for a hostel, bed was comfy, like the plugs and the sink in the room.
Disliked: No female bathroom on the same floor. I know it's what you pay for when choosing a hostel, but it's so disruptive when people are still checking into the room after midnight when trying to sleep. I don't think it was busy, couldn't they go in another room? Sinks are too small

Great Location and Staff

Liked: Was able to store my luggage (£4) and when I went to collect they let me use the kitchen eventhough I had already checked out that morning. Great shared kitchen, great location, very good value for money.
Disliked: The 18 bed dorm had a sun roof with no cover, did not affect me as I was up early but may be annoying in summer if your on a top bunk.They could maybe provide shampoo or shower gel.

Liked: Location,, 6 mins to train station and underground. London at your feet.
Disliked: Nothing.

This is the second time...

Not perfect but this hostel...

Liked: Good value, convenient location. Staff generally good.
Disliked: Still not keen on the wash facilities and on this occasion (I stay a fair bit and this hadn't been an issue before), my 'pod' was a bit less clean than usual - some crusty bits on the mattress that I felt aware of even with the sheet over them and (less of a concern) 'clean stains' on the bedding.

Disliked: Showers / wash facilities are really pokey and quite impractical.
