Liked: No breakfast available, but used nearby cafes, the hotel was lovely and clean, nice and modern, nicey decorated.
Disliked: The hotel was 100%, couldn't have been made better will definitely stay there again.

Liked: very comfortable and clean owners very easy to contact had 1 minor issue with heating and was rectified straight away nothing was too much trouble location great close to everything will stay again
Disliked: very narrow stairs to the room and light come threw window early could do with curtains to black out light

Lovely 3 night stay.

Liked: The room was newly decorated, ensuite shower has new tiles and an opening window. New mattresses. Bath sheets and good sized hand towels.Large room upstairs, new long drapes at the window plus blinds. Large guest lounge downstairs.Kitchen being refurbished, so no breakfast, but plenty of cafe's less than 2 minutes walk away.Wonderful location - all seaside amenities within walking distance, yet on a quiet road with parking.Hotel manager/owner very helpful and informative about the area. A bedside light wasn't working and he got it fixed by an electrician the same day, so very impressed.
