Disliked: The shower kept going hot and cold. The hairdryer didn’t work and the room was a bit smaller than I expected.I paid for late check out, but got a call from receptionist at 11:30 to say I had not checked out.

Liked: location for travel to ashton gate for a football match have stayed several times before bus stop close by
Disliked: a £50.00 deposit put on the card to cover for room damage The tiles on tghe walk in shower base were falling off and you would need to be small to get into the showerA £12.00 parking charge even thoygh the car park was nowhere near full
