I'm choosing you first

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and were always up for a chat. The room was immaculate and very comfortable, plus quite a nice view of the world outside. Couldn't be happier with my stay!

Overall quite pleasant

Liked: The bed was comfy and sheets were clean. Bedroom was warm and facilities were good. I liked the complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits.
Disliked: The bathroom was tatty around the shower and could do with some renovations. It looks like there's been a leak and the flooring was raised.
