Liked: Lovely hotel my daughter and myself really enjoyed how chrismassy and inviting the hotel was felt warm and cosy, the Staff where very helpful and friendly. Location was brilliant was a shame about the parking has most car parks surrounding the hotel were full. The only avaliable parking was a 10 min walk away.
Disliked: No been able to park near the hotel.

Liked: Excellent hotel, good value for money. Room was very warm with no heating on slept pn top of the bed.

Disliked: The breakfast had less choice than before when we went there in September.The bar did not have any Guinness or Baileys.We had to pay for the parking this time.The outside paint was very flaky. We were given a twin room when we asked for a double bedroom.
