Liked: Cozy clean and quiet room. Great staff, well connected location
Disliked: Some may find mattress too soft

Clean pleasant good value for...

Liked: Arrived a bit earlier than check in but wasn’t a problem the guy who runs hotel was very friendly check us straight in. Did have to pay for parking I did read this after I read a reviews so please take note only £5 not bad for of street parking could of park on street near by but for pease of mind worth paying hotel was pleasant worth what we pay considering most hotel in Newcastle were double the price only 6.10 for taxi into town same back to hotel hotel was clean and warm
Disliked: Not much to not like if I was being very picky would probably of like a low floor would recommend asking if you have difficulty with stairs

Liked: Convenient location. Nice staff.
Disliked: Room wasn’t the cleanest. The sink was in the room outside the actual toilet which was odd but ok. Tv was tiny and could barely see it if lying down in bed.
