Well pampered and comfortable

Liked: We loved the comfortable beds, friendly staff and location.
Disliked: The paint is severely chipping on the balcony which led to us bringing paint chips in on our feet unknowingly.

Liked: Beautiful room and view of the ocean. We had breakfast and dinner at the Tiller 4 times and enjoyed each experience. Waiters were very good and food was amazing.
Disliked: They were cleaning the septic tanks one of the mornings we woke up, so we were unable to sit outside (terrible smell) and the machines started running at 7am, waking everyone up. It smelled of sewage in the spa and the gym as well. I thought for the price we were paying (1000$ CND per night), they could have advised us of this service call and provided some sort of compensation (complimentary breakfast for example). Another thing is they didn't tell us when we checked in that the Tiller would be booked up every night. When we called to reserve, we were told it was booked for the next three nights so we were only able to eat there once.

Disliked: The pillows were really uncomfortable The food was not great The smell of nubs in the hallway everytime we went to our room was tough to take - needs way better ventilation

Liked: Great view very calm and relaxing. We loved the live entertainment. Terrific experience would definitely go back .
Disliked: Nothing
