Great staff, great hotel

Liked: Excellent as ever

Great stay for work

Liked: Staff were all great, breakfast one of the best I’ve had. Nice and fresh.Couldn’t fault it!

Great value stop on the...

Liked: The hotel has a commanding spot overlooking the coast. Good twin room with plenty of space. The blond receptionist who greeted us on arrival and waved us off on departure was an excellent front of house person. We ate in the restaurant and the staff in there were also particularly friendly and attentive - with a special shout out to our brunette Michelle Keegan lookalike waitress. Great breakfast the morning of our departure.
Disliked: A small point but the room had been full in the sun prior to our arrival so was rather warm until we were able to open the windows.

Disliked: Guest should be made aware that when there is a function on at the hotel parking is on a first come basis. I had to park on Marine Parade one night as there was no room in the car park.

Disliked: The hotel is not suitable to disabled people. Haven't had a elevator and the rooms are on the frist or second floors. They only have stairs.No milk for the coffee in the room.
