Perfect Birthday Stay

Liked: I stayed for a few days for my birthday. i had a sea view. I've had this room on several occasions. it's one of my favourite rooms, always clean and tidy.. the staff in the breakfast room are always lovely. All staff were lovely and welcoming, I truly think this hotel is a beautiful place to stay near a gorgeous beach.. hopefully be back soon..
Disliked: The staff in the restaurant were also lovely, but did try to say my ribs were cold because I was outside instead of just warming them up like I asked.. the wings were piping hot. And the fire stand heater didn't have any gas when I'd asked for one as we were sitting under a table where the heating didn't work.

Liked: Have stayed here many times. Always made to feel welcome. Lovely staff.
Disliked: Booked Seaview room, but view was not great. Directly over the kitchen, so extractor fan was right under the window, quite noisy. Room overlooked the outside seating area rather than the sea.

Liked: The location, parking and the food was excellent. The restaurant was brilliant and we had a superb breakfast the next day.
Disliked: The room was tired, you couldn’t shut the window, the radiator didn’t work so the room was cold. The staff were helpful and gave a second duvet to sleep under. The beds were uncomfortable and you could feel the springs on them.
