Horrible Stay

Disliked: The room is not as advertised. It is a bedroom with an open loft upstairs that is not private or suited for family. The stairs are steep and dangerous even for able buddied young adults. Little alone little kids or older people..OMG!. The bathroom is so tiny, you cannot open or close until you are fully inside and virtually standing on the tiny bathtub. The fan does not work and the safe never worked and they never showed up to fix it. The breakfast is mediocre. Do not expect a real hotel. It seems to be. converted old condos even the lobby looks like a converted rental center. This is the worst place I have stayed in in a couple of decades and many Disney trips and several price points. I have apologized to my family for my bad choice based on the photos advertised for the hotel. I will never consider this again.
