Very Happy Experience

Liked: Excellent location, good on street parking. An easy walk to the Seafront or the town centre, access to a selection of restaurants and bars. Arthur made me very welcome and was both helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. I would differently recommend the Cleasewood to anyone visiting Gt Yarmouth.
Disliked: All good

I had a relaxing stay...

Liked: I like the spacious room, the cleanliness of the guest house and the quietness of its location. Arthur and Debbie are friendly and welcoming hosts.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower is not as strong as I am used to but I can cope with that. There is nothing negative really.

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Everything from toast and cereal to full English.Debbie and Arthur were great hosts.Room was comfortable and had everything you would need.

Disliked: Breakfast not available until 9am… not convenient. I’ve stayed in many B&B and hotels over the years, and breakfast is always from 6 or 7. I felt as though they did this to get out of providing breakfast.
