Nice stay, definitely recommend

Liked: Nice big property, the 3 pools are great for relaxing. Central location with bus stop opposite that takes you straight into Noosa. The apartments are fully equipped with ovens, washing machines and a dishwasher which is great.
Disliked: Strange one but there was someone naked on the balcony every day which isn’t fair for people who have children with them!

The price of $675 for...

Liked: The location of these units is great, the gardens are tropical. There is undercover, but not secure parking onsite. The bus service for the area has stops nearby. Ground floor unit was good to access, walk in shower.
Disliked: The unit we stayed in was 109 it could do with a deep clean. Upon arrival there was residue cooking oil odour throughout and not a fresh smell at all. There was cooking oil residue in the vent above the cooktop also we were surprised by the tacky disgusting feel of the floor, especially in the kitchen area. We had to leave our shoes on inside for comfort. The dining and lounge seating was uncomfortable, no padding on kitchen chairs and no support on the lounge. The blind in the bedroom needs adjusting so that it can be lifted fully. The air vent in the bathroom was totally blocked, this air vent was extremely noisy and not working well. The washing machine worked well, was loosing rust from the bottom onto the tile floor. The tile floor grate in the bathroom was rather disgusting, needs to be replaced or at least given a good scrub. The sponge mop head, kitchen sink drainer and kitchen brush all need to be replaced. The car park was not handy to the unit we were offered to drive in to a closer park to unload, however, there is no offer of a trolley to help with luggage.

We love it at Clearwater...

Liked: The location is excellent, convenient to everything. Our apartment was spectacular. Modern, clean and well equipped.
Disliked: Nothing.
