Disliked: Cabana's were closed for renovation which was not noted before hand, we booked an Ocean View King room and when we arrived they told us they only had one king room left, and while it technically was an ocean view, we were on the 2nd floor and our view was mostly obstructed by the pool and it's facilities as well as the trees - it was truly a pool view, not ocean view. On top of that, our first 2 nights in the hotel there was a kids hockey team staying there, and when we arrived the kids were full on playing hockey on the 2nd floor common area - hitting a ball around and knocking it down into the lobby - and the hotel staff were just letting them do it. They were running up and down the walk way in front of our room, screaming and throwing things, to the point we had to complain to the front desk. This is a 4-star resort and it was insane how the kids were allowed to just take over the hotel and disturb other people.Then, our room door lock didn't let us into the room 2 separate times. The first time, we understood as they said the door lock battery died. But we were told that they said they replaced it, and then the next day it happened again and only started working again when we went down to the front desk to get a new key.They also closed the hotel bar/restaurants early - they don't stay open late to begin with, and we wanted to go to the pool bar on our last night, but it was closed 2 hours early. Lastly, they told us we had the option to pay the resort fee, and we told them we would think about it and let them know. We never got back to them, but they went ahead and charged us the fee's anyways. Overall a very disappointing experience, and we will not be staying at this location ever again. Not worth the money.

Great ammenities great location but...

Liked: Love almost everything about it.
Disliked: Why do you charge people who are staying at your hotel for parking? We're spending enough to stay with you...why should we have to pay for parking? It's expensive per day just for parking. Next time we'll have to stay somewhere else where they don't charge for parking. Sorry
