Comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable and affordable....

Liked: Lovely hotel with perfectly appointed and comfortable room. We ate on both evenings in the Library bar and we were both extremely pleased with the meals we chose and they were very competitively priced.All the staff we dealt with were extremely attentive and friendly at all times. It was a really enjoyable stay overall.
Disliked: Shower was quite small.

Liked: Comfortable room, ease of parking and good food. Room service staff were great as usual.
Disliked: It was almost perfect. Just a little issue with a room service form not being provided on 2nd day. Called to reception to get one, and the man couldn't find one... someone did drop one up to room. Housekeeping obviously missed it. (this also happened previously)Also tv remote was temperamental, working, and then not working.

Liked: Location is good
Disliked: Cold air conditioning in every area of the hotel including the bedroom.

I would describe the whole...

Liked: the water was warm in the swimming pool
Disliked: Breakfast - Chaotic. Empty bain maries for Irish breakfast food at hot counter - & long time waiting for refill. Items were tepid. Poor selection & poor quality cheese at continental counter (cheese slices dry with edges curled,). Bedrooms & bathroom cold. Bedroom very draughty due to large window not closing properly. Kettle so scummy couldn't drink tea/coffee.

Superb

Liked: Lovely hotel right in the heart of town. Very friendly staff everywhere and a lovely choice of food and drink. The hotel is spotless and bedrooms are very comfortable. Disappointed it was only the one night. Will be back again.
Disliked: Nothing - everything worked out very well.
