Liked: The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere created with the guests.

Liked: was cold
Disliked: Loud Music being played in bedrooms beside us, banged on the door was told to F off, complain to staff at reception, staff did nothing about it, will never stay at this hotel again,I had to give my staff the next day off so that they could rest, so you cost me two men one day labor each,
