Liked: Most comfortable room ever!

Convienent and comfortable but service...

Liked: Nice welcome, comfortable room
Disliked: Staff supporting senior staff in bar area in the evening were neither supportive to them and always attentive - with one being out rightly rude to another member of staffBreakfast at 7.30 was also of a poor quality with some hot items including the beans and eggs looking like they had been left sitting on heated trays for far too long

Disliked: £100 plus overcharged or extortionate rate charged in excess of the amount of Booking.com rate.
