Liked: Stayed for 1 night to take in a concert. Location was perfect. Room was huge and very comfortable.

Liked: Good location and staff helpful. Bar staff especially were great.
Disliked: Expensive for the size of room and bathroom which was tiny. Television had an irritating blue line across the picture - would have raised it for we’d stayed longer.

Disliked: I brought my pillow, and forgot it after check out. I came after an hour to collect my pillow that I forgot, they said its not there and they cannot find it in the room haha.. So, what, the pillow have legs and will leave the room by itself? Also, my wife have broken ankle and have foot support that she forgot in the room also, they said they did not find it and will look again haha! Incompetent people in charge and the cleaning manager and staff not have the the word reporting missing items. Really strange in England, to see bussiness that not report missing items immediatly. Also, some of the staff, not all , some are really good like Kareem, Micheal, Vlad and Aysha.. But others are really youngsters and not helpful, specially I am asking for the pillow and the ankle support and those young kids at reception say I am lieing.. Shame on them.This story still ongoing , two day I go there in row they tell me we will let you know tommorow. Moral of the story, do not, I repeat, do not forget anything in this hotel, the house keeping manager have low quality control and seems staff not report missing items coupled with management that does not care. My holiday is horrible now, and even if they find the items, my expensive pillow for my neck with disk or the ankle support for my wife, it doesn't mean I can trust these people in that management. Stay at you own risk… I repeat, your items are lost if you forget them.
