Liked: decor breakfast
Disliked: very rude staff members one forced me to leave my bed at 10pm to pay for an extended booking having already been a guest for 11 nights...bad stuff all round.

Good hotel , Poor welcome,...

Liked: Central city location good size rooms .
Disliked: Check in was poor I wanted to be checked in by a human rather than a self check in console then a member came to me and said are you checking in which I replied yes so she took me to the machine and then told me to check in myself whilst she watch then it didn’t work so back into a new queue to be checked in so first experience for me should be the best bit was actually the worst first expression. The other was theLift had upgraded to the top floor but when waiting for the lift to come down it took a long time as each lift would head up no further than the 15th then back down very frustrating!! Stains on the carpets
