Liked: So easy to shop

Disappointing stay. Despite having to...

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Location convenient for travel around Dublin.
Disliked: Cleaning was poor. Beds not changed at all during 4 night stay. Refreshments only replaced once. Had to ask for room to be cleaned and beds changed, came back and had still not been done. Bins not emptied, toilet and sink filthy (hair around sink plug, stains in toilet) lots of mould in bathroom.

Liked: The Hotel was spotless, the rooms spacious with really comfortable beds. The staff each and everyone of them were lovely. And they couldn’t do enough to help us. The food was 100%. I was attending a conference. We were so well looked after. It’s a very homely Hotel. Thank you for a great weekend.
