Liked: tv didnt work,asked reception twice no one came to fix itfood was only average very limited menu waited 30 mins for someone to serve me dessert eventually walked away

Great value hotel, conveniently located,...

Liked: I booked last minute so got great value for money. Checkin was very quick and easy, hotel was very clean, bedroom & bathroom had everything we needed.
Disliked: There was very little to complain about to be fair a few spots on the carpet and a mark on the bedroom desk - not sure if it needed a good wipe or the mark was permanent. Also would have rathered not have to pay for parking as a hotel guest that probably should be included. But really wouldn't complain about those things they were minute.

Liked: Spacious. No hassle. Friendly
Disliked: As a single traveller they were a little slow to notice when I needed another drink in the bar or something else at breakast time. Staff could have been a little more tuned In.

Superb

Liked: Great location, easy access from M50. Welcoming staff, clean and great food. Best buffet breakfast I've seen in a long time.
Disliked: Beds were bit too soft and rooms were very warm.

One night for a family...

Liked: The bedroom was comfortable
Disliked: The hotel in general was cold, apart from the bedroom which was extremely hot.There was a group of about 40 family members returning from the night in Johnny Fox's at about 12.20 who were told that the bar closes in 10 minutes and there was no residents bar.The staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful, imparting this information. The drink prices were extremely high.
