Liked: This is a super hotel especially for families, lots of space and things to do for the kids. The food in the bar was delicious!!!! And breakfast was also delicious. The staff went out of their way to help and make sure we were ok at all times
Disliked: The heat! The heat in the hotel is crazy. During dinner we went outside for air because it was so hot. We also turned all the radiators off in our room because it was roasting

Liked: The hotel is beautiful, like a magic castle. The bar offers food service, swimming pool, gym and spa. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big and well equipped.

Liked: Friendly staff, very large and comfortable room. The room was lovely and warm which was a worry for me as I'm going through chemo and can not tolerate cold.The breakfast buffet was great and plenty of choice.
Disliked: The restaurant was not open when we were there but the Barfood was incredible.

Disliked: The room was to hot. I feel it would be better if the heating was not switched on until we arrived into the room.
