Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: No hot water so showering was not acceptable. The toilet didn’t flush great. Sink was slow to drain.we was staying next door to my parents and they had the same problems. You did give us access to a room down the hall on the last morning to have a hot shower before we departed. Which we appreciated. The bar staff was painfully slow. We had dinner in there on Sunday night and it was embarrassing how long it took to get a round of drinks in.

Disliked: The check in lady was not very sensitive to my disibility room request . They had conference on and frankly told me they were booked out and wasn’t even bothered checking if room was available .

Disliked: Aspects of the room showed wearing and tear, water stains on carpet by windows, competent but not thorough room cleaning
