Liked: Excellent service from the minute we landed to the minute we checked out , the rooms are big and spacious , staff are very friendly and accommodating, very clean hotel all round , would definitely come back to stay again

Liked: The bed was comfy
Disliked: Noise levels from the dual carriageway was unbearable, I didn't sleep a wink all night. The bathroom was dirty with hairs in the bath, and poo stains on the frame of the door beside the toilet, also a couple of stains on the carpet. We then changed rooms for the second night because of the noise, and I didn't sleep the second night either from the noise coming from the room next door, the were up half the night and the walls were shaking and our bed was rocking!!! Then people outside in the car park were shouting and screaming and singing at the top of their lungs for what felt like hours!!! We had dinner in the restaurant which was freezing cold by the time we got it. The waiter was lovely and couldn't have done enough so we didn't complain but I was disappointed as I was looking forward to it. I would not stay here again unfortunately although it was a beautiful looking hotel.
