Great hotel in London

Liked: The hotel was easy to find, near the underground station, the room was excellent along with the provided facilities and staff was great! I was able to leave my luggage on the check-out day and they kept it with no issues until 11pm.
Disliked: Everything was well, including the check-in/check-out experience.
