Great hotel!

Liked: Fantastic hotel, great location, lovely rooms and helpful friendly staff, this was my second time staying and as there were 3 of us we stayed in the family room with two doubles, the beds were a little smaller in the family room than in a standard room but still a very comfortable pleasant stay we will definitely be returning any time we come to london

Good location

Liked: The location was very convenient close to the tube station. We arrived with large suitcases so we got off at tower hill (which has a lift) and walked the 10 minutes from there rather than carrying up the approximately 50 steps at algate east.
Disliked: We were given an accessible room (which we did not book) which was uncomfortable at times (eg because there are call buttons right next to the light switches which you can accidently press when trying to turn on lights in the middle of the night). Laundry was expensive and my clothes came back with marks on them and I wasn’t told so I didn’t realise until I went to pack the clothes away on our last morning.

I had a great stay...

Liked: Breakfast was good and was served everyday at a convenient time.
Disliked: Difficult to find free parking in the area.
