A nice hotel for a...

Liked: The room was very comfortable. I liked the warm lighting, not too bright. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was decorated nicely. The room overall was very clean.
Disliked: The shower was not powerful enough and hot water was limited. I used the gym, but not for long as it was quite cold. During the Spring / Summer the use of the gym would be better as is warmer. However it would have helped during the winter season for there to be a heater available.

Extremely disappointed, having specifically asked...

Liked: I asked for quiet room. My room had air con (?) vent starting up/whirring all night despite me turning the system off. Was too late to bother changing rooms. I explained the situation to reception in the morning asking for manager to call me. Nobody bothered to.
Disliked: Noisy air vent whirring all night making it impossible to sleep continuously.
