Convenient, comfortable and reasonably priced....

Liked: Travelling from West of London, this hotel provides a convenient stop being very close to the end of the M4 motorway when travelling by car. Similarly it provides secure parking at reasonable cost. The hotel is comfortable with good sized rooms and the common areas clean and smart. Staff were helpful and the hotel offers on-line check-in/out services for convenience.
Disliked: Our room did not have a personal safe unlike many other hotels I've stayed in. This could be easily rectified and would provide a greater degree of security for hotel patrons.The only other real negative is perhaps the rather expensive wine. However it was our choice to drink in the hotel bar and should almost be expected of a London hotel.

Good place to stay

Liked: Really handy for the tube so it was easy to get into London, the room was really spacious and comfortable, ideal for driving into London from the west
