Lovely stay with really professional...

Liked: Staff at the desk and at the breakfast room were extremely kind and helpful ! Thank you :-)We got woken up by the alarm in the middle of the night and were offered breakfast, that was very kind.
Disliked: Shower caps should be in the bathroom on arrival. Please but loo brushes by the loo, out of respect for the cleaners.....Hotel too expansive for the location.....

unhappy

Liked: location
Disliked: wrongly informed from the staff about parking on the street. we where told we could park directly outside for free all day Sunday until 9am Monday. we came down to put a ticket on our car at 8:45 to be greeted by a big clamp on our wheeled which cost us €125.secondly my booking on booking.com was £119 and I was charged £125.50.when I addressed it I was told the system didn't match up with booking.com prices which is a complete and utter disgrace. I wasn't even offered a refund of the difference. my friend was also over charged a small amount.if they are doing this to all of their customers they are robbing people blind and making extra money.

Save yourself the trouble

Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: As someone who has been working in hospitality for several years, I actually thought I was getting pranked when we stayed here. Duct tape on the TV to prevent you from turning it on, bed full of stains, tissue box overloaded with about 800 tissues to make it look ‘fancy’, housekeeper came into the lift and basically pinned us against the wall with a trolley full on dirty bed linen and bags of rubbish, staff haven’t a clue what they’re doing, I watched as one member brought back plates of food that he had gotten the order wrong for. The breakfast was so unorganised, the lady who brought us to our table was walking so fast and ‘explaining’ the breakfast and we literally were jogging trying to keep up with her! Don’t get me started on the ‘relaxing’ pool/sauna! Children’s swimming lessons all weekend isn’t exactly what I’d call a relaxing space. Fire alarm went off at 1:30am in the morning, my partner was outside at the time and said the staff had no idea how to turn off the panel, that’s scary considering it should be a BASIC training for any night staff working on the front desk. I am appalled that Dalata have let such a lovely space get to this point. I completely understand being under pressure while busy, but this was an outrage. We tried to speak to a duty manager or GM about this and nothing was done to help, we were told everyone’s too busy to talk to us. They told us they’d contact us to have a chat with a manager the following morning but to no avail.
