Great location for theatre goers.

Liked: Great location right across the way from the Bord Gais and walking distance to the centre.We also arrived earlier than planned and were able to check-in.
Disliked: We stayed in room 116 and there was noise throughout the night as there was some sort of water tank over tthe room.Down to my own error and not reading things properly, the parking is also off site for an additional €20.20.

Liked: Decent location, and clean room with everything you expect within it.
Disliked: The gym was not open 24 hrs, with reduced opening hours over the weekend. This was not convenient as I would have liked to have trained early morning before heading out for the day

Absolutely one of the worst...

Disliked: Staff….especially javier …clearly having a bad day, we only had a couple of bowlsof chips before a show….chips came after an appropriate time but with no drinks, after we finished the chips (about 20mins after ordering drinks) I went to ask him….he dismissed me and told me to ask his boss behind the bar. I had already seen him arguing with her a few mins earlier. Asked her about the drinks and she just kept repeating she had a very special order she couldn’t tell me about but she would make our drinks now. Sorry but I’m a paying customer too….i did not need told over and over someone was more special than me and she was dealing with that. I cancelled our drinks and she did comp the chips to be fair….but in an empty bar I expect a well known chain of hotel to be able to handle a 3 drink order.
