Liked: Great locationFriendly staffGood breakfastQuiet room
Disliked: Room felt chilly or too warmHotel allowing people to enter dining room whilst it was still open to guests with 'Good to Go' boxes. They were unsupervised and picking up food with their hands and eating it. This should only be offered when guests have left the area.

Liked: Perfect location and very clean
Disliked: It seemed the breakfast shift was understaffed and needed to wait for table and clean cups for coffee machine etc. But breakfast was delicious and plenty of variety

Great hotel, would stay again!

Liked: Fantastic central location. Room was really clean and had everything we needed. Check in and check out were all done online so we didn’t speak to a single member of staff, but they looked friendly at reception!
Disliked: Only improvement could have been a coffee pod machine and a king sized bed - but not really deal breakers!

Great city centre hotel.

Liked: It is a very pleasant moderate sized hotel. Centrally located great for exploring.
Disliked: The only problem was. On entering and exiting the hotel you were greeted by a barrage of SMOKE. We found it quite disgusting. Added to this was the fact that the smokers left their butts around the entrance of the hotel. I really think this problem should be a priority. In fact I would to know your thoughts.
