Very enjoyable and well looked...

Liked: Our room was very comfortable and so were our beds,
Disliked: The only thing was we were a long way from reception and had to get 2 lifts to and from our room.

Very efficient as before

Liked: Been before, good as expected
Disliked: In our room the shower control had a knob missing plus the basin tap was hanging off the sink, needed tightening up with a screw underneath it which we did as a temporary fix; housekeeping should have noticed and reported these two errors (we did when we left as wasn't anything urgent)

Poor experience

Liked: Convenient location...
Disliked: For what you pay per night, I didn't think it was worth the money. No toiletries in the bathroom, and self-service breakfast.... I have paid less to get that service....

Liked: Fantastic location, nice staff, nice building and interior with a comfortable and cosy room

Disliked: Hotel on a hill so a little awkward carrying bags/cases, kettle in room wasn't working, hot drinks machine wasn't working properly there was only one in use and that was faulty took ages for staff to get working by the time we had our drinks the breakfast was cold, also there should be more than one toaster. Quilt covers were torn and shabby.
