Was alright stay in Birmingham...

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean
Disliked: Staff were uninterested. Breakfast was late, the staff didn’t care. Originally said no to breakfast. Was told started half 6, so agreed. Breakfast being late left me unable to have it. Staff mopping the main entrance, no wet floor signs. And a member of staff using two mops at once, leaving a lot of water on the floor.

This location is easily accessible...

Liked: The restaurant staff was very accommodating, particularly Prashant. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There is neither a fridge nor body lotion provided. I hope these are included in the 4-star hotel's offerings, as they are available in other hotels.
