Liked: The staff were excellent one and all if I had to mention it would be Mark on Reception he made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived in the hotel

Liked: Hotel is located in a great area, right in the city centre and surrounded by bars/restaurants. Our room was lovely and very clean, staff were brilliant and very friendly! Had a really nice breakfast the following morning

Liked: The hotel located near city centre. The breakfast is great.
Disliked: The room wasn't cleaned over 2 nights (in such a hotel it should be). Bathroom is old enough (shower hard to regulate, just 1 mm position from ice to lava), no enough accessories for the toilet (no brush to clean after). Window not hermetically closed, so you'll hear all the pubs from the street until they closed.
