Family rugby stay.

Liked: Great location for Aviva. Good parking. Room available on arrival. Fabulous breakfast. Rooms clean and comfortable.
Disliked: We had a meal in the restaurant. Food was basic and not worth the money.

Liked: Great location, and lovely design. Bedroom was excellent, very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Push to pre-book "enhancements" - parking, dinner, and breakfast - but then dispute at checkout about what had been prepaid. Pump on shampoo bottle didn't work. Only one breakfast teabag in room...others were flavoured teas. Restaurant wasnt open in the evening, so we were asked to eat in the bar, which was cold. Shame, because it took away from the overall experience, and was somewhat disappointing.

Liked: Excellent room and plenty of choice for breakfast.
Disliked: I felt it could be better advertised that you pay for your parking in the hotel reception, perhaps a sign at check out, we did not realize you pay in the hotel and when we paid at the pay kiosk in the car park and it cost double the amount. I did go back into the hotel and was kindly offered a drinks voucher as the car park is a private company, we were checking out so I declined.
