Liked: The facilities and restraints on site were lovely we’re happy they looked the same as the photos!
Disliked: Very dissatisfied with the room that we arrived into, this is not a cheap hotel and the room was very disappointing. They did not match the photos online was really angry and upset when I arrived at the property.

Liked: Staff are very efficient and helpful. Continental breakfast was exceptional, so varied and fresh.
Disliked: Please change those giant rock hard pillows, and give a choice of a hard and a soft pillow. All good otherwise.

Overpriced and poor customer service

Liked: The location of the hotel was ideal for the event we were attending in the RDS, it’s very close which suited us especially when travelling with a baby. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. The underground carpark was perfect, no need to be worrying about parking elsewhere etc.
Disliked: The first (and only) morning I decided to avail of breakfast was a disappointing experience to say the least. I had forgotten some items belong to my baby on the table after having breakfast. I returned no more than a half hour later in the hope that one of the staff members had left them aside and was shocked at the response of the manager/supervisor. She was neither helpful nor accommodating. I could only presume by the blasé response I received from her that the items were thrown out. It has completely baffled me as to why they were dumped and couldn’t have just been left somewhere safe. I did mention the incident to the receptionist when we were checking out and she was very apologetic. The service was also very slow in the bar area, on two occasions when having lunch and dinner we had to go to the bar multiple times to ask for a menu or for someone to take our order and was left sitting for long periods of time and ignored.
