Liked: The hotel itself exceeded our expectations, as did the room. The hotel is very charming, and the room was quite spacious, with a television, a large bed, a desk, two armchairs, a decent wardrobe, and a safe. The bathroom was very spacious, with a bathtub. They kindly left us two bottles of water, some biscuits, and a box of snacks along with a handwritten note welcoming us to the hotel. The staff were very pleasant throughout our stay.
Disliked: The pillows were extremely thin, even when using two. The location is not ideal—very far from the city centre and in an area that is not particularly pleasant. The streets were very dirty, the buildings around looked poorly maintained, and arriving at the hotel at night felt a bit unsettling. The streets were very empty and dark, and while the main road was a bit livelier, it still didn’t feel very safe. If I had to stay here alone or with female friends, I would definitely think twice. This time, I was with a male friend, and having him there made me feel much more at ease.
