Decent enough

Liked: Decent hotel, good size room (stayed in a standard double). Only used as a base to sleep for 1 night visiting central London for christmas. Food at breakfast was good enough, full English, pastries, toast, cereals etc.
Disliked: Bed pillow wasn't very comfortable, bit small & lumpy & no additional in the wardrobe but we only stayed the 1 night so wasn't too bad. If you're bothered about pillows & are staying a while, maybe take your own. That was my only downside.

Liked: Good vibes; interesting decor/design, nice foyer & secluded bar/ seating
Disliked: Im sure the property was amazing when new - but its showing its age and in need of a refresh, but doesn’t put me off staying again

Liked: Nice big rooms Staff did their best yo be helpful and were pleasant
Disliked: We did not get tge room we had booked and had to be moved during our stay. The lobby restaurant and bar were freezing cold and the food was poor
