Liked: Nice hotel, stayed here many times.
Disliked: The swimming pool was closed early then today it wasn’t open until 2.00pm. Very disappointing as I wanted to swim with my granddaughter.

Liked: staff very friendly, room big enough, beds comfortable and the hotel has good public transport accessibility (train, busses, subway)
Disliked: had a water leak in the bathroom but they repaired it in a few hours

Liked: Breakfast very nice n varied thou we weren't overly keen on the sausages, the location was central to our priorities and buses etc easy to access
Disliked: When I paid for breakfast for 3 days on arrival but was asked to give my room number and signature each morning

Liked: Enjoyed my stay, lovey room, comfortable bed, friendly staff.
Disliked: The air conditioning was hard to get working, so it was a bit cool to start with.

It was pleasant

Liked: The room were spacious while the break fast was fresh and had ample variety.
Disliked: The breakfast area is small as compared to the number people staying. So at some specific hours it gets crowded. The room smell was not fresh.
