Disliked: The room we booked was not there, we were given another unordered room,And we were there for 2 days.The rooms were not tidy, there was a terrible smell.Unfortunately, we are not satisfied

Disappointing

Liked: The restaurant was very nice and so was the service.
Disliked: Even though the reception was supposed to open until 9PM the day of our arrival, there was nobody. We struggled with the self-check-in and also the parking. There is no indication about how the parking works and which card or code you’re supposed to use to enter. Some other guests had the same problem. We wanted to call the 24h number of the hotel to help us but it was unavailable. I don’t understand why the hotel didn’t have staff available when they knew that we and other guests were coming. Two days later when we were checking out there was a man at the reception but he didn’t even ask us how we like the stay, if everything was okay etc. he simply didn’t care. We were very disappointed of the staff. Also, the TV turned itself on during the night while the remote was on the table and we were in bed. Very annoying and weird.The walls were extremely thin and we heard a lot of noises. The room had spider webs on the curtains and in corners.

Very comfortable and enjoyable

Liked: The room was very comfortable and the shutters made the room pitch black on an evening. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area with no more than 10min walk to the train station. The staff were very friendly.
