Good
Liked: They have the possibility of parking for free
Disliked: There were no personnel at the reception and the main entrance was closed at 08:00 pm. The box with the keys was at the back entrance, where an ashtray made the space smell of cigarette smoke.The bed was hard and the pillow was too soft.

Nice hotel that covers the basics.
Liked: Good selection for breakfast.
Disliked: The hotel closes at a certain time in the afternoon which is inconvenient.

Liked: The error in room assignment was corrected quickly by email. Location was central, with amenities very close by. There was adequate space in the room and tea and coffee making facilities provided
Disliked: There was no reception service and no food available. A room with double bed was assigned despite booking for two adults and a five year old. A child's bed would have been appropriate to provide
