Liked: Luxurious, very clean, great location, very safe. From my room I had a fantastic view of the Mississippi.

Liked: The lobby area was beautiful and inviting.
Disliked: The condition of the room was unacceptable; there were visible stains on the walls left by previous guests that should have been cleaned. Trash from previous occupants was found behind the dresser, and the lampshade was significantly damaged.

Liked: This hotel needs some major renovations & upgrades. The pillows are the worst I've ever slept on. They look like a bunch of pillow cases stuffed inside of a pillow case. The toilets are too low to the floor. The drapes are old. The price is reasonable,
Disliked: Pillows, low toilet, raggedy drapes, room smells like wet carpet

Liked: I wanted to leave but would not have gotten refunded
Disliked: The hotel has an active mold problem. The lobby, corridors and form smelled like mold. Stayed 2 nights and my clothes, backpack smelled like mold while attending meetings

Disliked: This hotel is outdated, toilet is too low to the floor, shower not designed for tall people, & no smart tv

Disliked: The hotel is very outdated, no AC in the restaurant & the breakfast buffet was lacking. Staff didn't refill the food when needed. The pillows were worn out, offered no support & the toilets are too low to the floor. The drapes were very old & musty

Liked: I liked the location close to the river and to Natchez. Breakfast was pretty good. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. It was pretty quiet.
Disliked: One of our keys didnt work.
