Really enjoyed my stay

Liked: The staff was super kind and friendly. The location is excellent and easy for public transport as well as if you want to walk to the city and museums. Very convenient also for coming and going to the airport by bus. Breakfast was very nice and the room with river view very enjoyable and very spacious.

Liked: Property is located in the heart of the city and provides great views of the Yarra river, room size was also very good
Disliked: Shower area was too small resulting in water collecting outside the bath tub

Liked: In the city.. tour meeting/dropoff points were like 2mins away which is important especially when early meeting or late drop off.. moving around the city was easy .. free trams in city … lots of eating spots.. nice view from room .. view of the Yarra River.. bedroom was a little small, cramped with 2 single beds, would have been good if the toilet was equipped with bidet but otherwise everything else was good.. even had washer/dryer, oven and dishwasher … just like an Airbnb … staff were great, polite and helpful..

Liked: A well located spacious and friendly hotel.
Disliked: They did not follow through on the special request that I made through booking.com on arrival despite acknowledging the message. The breakfast food could have been better quality. The swimming pool was (barely) heated. River view rooms were noisy as they also look over a busy rail/tram and road intersection.
