Liked: The only thing I liked about the property was that the staff was very polite and not rude at all.
Disliked: What it didn’t like about the property was the looks. Looked good on outside but inside it was so old looking it was smelly stains in carpets looks like it needed to be renovated. Also during my stay I had an issue I woke up after first night had one bug bite thought it was just a mosquito or something. Then the night before I was supposed to check out I woke up in middle of the night felt something crawling and then itchiness on my upper back. O turn light on to look and it was a big flat as can be on the bed sheets. As I go to kill the bug I took a pic and looked it up and it was a bed bug. I go looking around whole bed their was a baby one on the pillow I called front desk attendant made the attendant aware. I was told he would bring me up a key. It never happened. I had to be to work early so I had to leave but I came back to hotel to talk to manager to see if some accommodation could be made because I’m allergic to bug bites. I was told at that time a manager wasn’t on premises after the attendant went to the back to talk to someone. After that attendant got a call and then he said they will refund one nights stay. I mean I don’t think it should’ve just been one night it’s should’ve been more but atleast they are going to give some money back so I asked for paper with new amount on it the attendant said it will be refunded to the card so we shall see but it was a horrible experience to be honest.
