Disliked: Items that should have been accessible in the room, such as: as a telephone, a clock, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and the television remote.

Liked: The location -- the sheets, and towels were clean.
Disliked: Where to start? The mattress was lumpy, and the head of the bed was 4" lower than the foot of the bed. The bathtub had rust in it, and the washing machine was not working. They were renovating, so the workmen started at 7:15. The breakfast was represented in pictures with all kinds of wonderful things - NOT! A few slices of sausage and some eggs. Some cereal and milk. NO fruit, no yogurt, no, no, nothing! The lobby looks great but as you walk to your room, the halls are dimly lit with beautiful scones. They are dim because they don't want you to see how dirty and disgusting the hall carpet is. The place is tired. Very, very tired. I now know why it was only $69. I suggest another hotel. Shame on Clarion for its false representation on its website.
