Great price for a pool...

Liked: The staff were all super friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable, and despite turning the heating off, the room was far too hot

Liked: Location was convenient and reception staff were very professional and courteous. The complimentary breakfast was good.
Disliked: There are several issues that I would like to address with the first having a safety issue. Both rails on the bunk beds were broken. While trying to use the ladder the top rail flipped causing my grandson to hurt his face. Reported to front desk so maintenance came the next day and removed the safety rails which were made of particle board so couldn’t reattach them. Another safety issue was a missing piece of moulding around the bathroom but pins were left in the wall and I cut my hand reaching for the hair dryer. The room was very hot and the thermostat did not lower the temperature. Had to cover the unit vent with a pillow to try and stop the heat. The room was dark as there was only three lamps, one floor lamp that I had to prop up on the wall or it would fall over. The room is very dated with old furniture and dirty carpets. The scenic wallpaper panel was right out of the eighties. Tried to use the microwave only to find out it was not plugged in. Had to pull it out and set it up on desk to use it. Top of unit was filthy. Our stay was three nights and there was only a tiny tube of shampoo and conditioner which was used the first night. When I asked housekeeping for more I was told they had no more in stock. Unacceptable!!!!

Liked: The breakfast was excellent with lots of options to choose from, the staff in the restaurant were exceptional.
Disliked: The bathtub and toilet area of the room was covered in long black hairs, on the floor and in the tub. Absolutely disgusting.
