Liked: i liked that it was comforting inside and everything was clean
Disliked: the staff member at the time seemed a little judgmental or tired. something like that. it was also very off putting that our reservation got canceled when we arrived at 5AM- the website said we could check in after 3pm on day one, not that we couldn't check in early (12am-6am) on day two. clarification or follow up call before canceling an entire reservation would be appreciated.. also, the sheer curtains facing the street? direct sunlight and busy cars? not great

Liked: Staff were nice. Quiet guests. Complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: Next to the highway so it was pretty loud outside. Constantly heard sirens and loud vehicles. We had issues with our toilet so we had to manually flush each time.

Liked: The hotel was in a nice location for us during our vacation. The breakfast was great a very good variety and well kept, staff were very nice, welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Liked: We stayed here as a couple for the Rod Runs and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire place was spotless. It was super clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back!

Clean Rooms at an affordable...

Liked: The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and was located fairly close to attractions/shopping in Sevierville. The only issue we had with the hotel was when we came back to our room one night the beds had not been made. The rest of the room had been clean except for the beds. The TV was also a little hard to operate at first because it’s technically a streaming TV but the WiFi didn’t work very well with it. Overall, it was a great hotel experience with clean rooms and a friendly staff.
