Liked: Everything was great, management and staff especially. Very flexible and understanding of our situation by going the extra mile to help us save a few bucks. Bang for the buck gonna be hard to find better. Without hesitation Clarion Pointe is where I’ll be staying next time I need a hotel in Medford.

Liked: I usually love staying here when I visit Medford, which has been more than a handful of times staying at the Clarion pointe Medford. I love the comfy beds, the pool, the Jacuzzi and I love the breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: there’s been a couple times where my room has been unsatisfactory as far as cleanliness. This last time it was dirty in the bathroom. There was urine in the bathtub, so I had to switch rooms, which was both inconvenient and inconvenient because I was tired and I shouldn’t have to do that but thankfully there was availability

Never stay in Medford

Liked: It was near Fred Meyer and Walmart.
Disliked: Toilet didn't flush well. Outlet on lamp didn't work which I didn't realize until my phone that was supposed to be charging was dead in the morning. You had to find a staff member to ask for breakfast items like yogurt or butter. When I asked for raspberry yogurt, she brought me peach. The milk was sour. We were locked out of our room after the first night. I was woken up at 3:15 am to loud partying out in the hall. I called the front desk. Don't know how they handled it, but police were in the building the next morning knocking on a door in our hallway. The towels smelled dusty. People were smoking outside the entrance. It just didn't feel safe or relaxing.
