Disliked: Room dirty and dusty. Rugs worn. Dust were in places that should be obvious. Bathroom. Mold and floor drain stunk. Rust eliminated and painting needed. Curtains literally had food stuff on them. (I hope that was food) walls and ceiling were very thin. Kids in room left alone next to us tried to come through adjoining room door.

Not worth staying in the...

Liked: The location was convenient and easy to reach from I-5 and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent but nothing beyond typical hotel breakfast.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub was not great. The pool was very small & shallow (deep end only 5ft). Hot tub was small and water looked murky and dirty. The floor in pool area was stone like material that had depressions in it I think from pool water chemical corrosion. Also it seems like the sound proofing is not very good as I could hear noise from rooms above, below and next to me.

Liked: I like the convenience of the stores and businesses around I even like the 90% of the staff members got along with them great In fact I have never had a bad stay at this hotel I've stayed here multiple times it's always been wonderful My family enjoy staying here we come here just to get a break from life except this time it was a lot different.
Disliked: This time I booked to stay here and the first night I was here I had interactions was one of their new hire staff members who was on some sort of power trip he not only questioned whether or not I was a guest there but then basically accused me of stealing somebody's identification when handing him my ID to get my room keys mind you I have already checked in at this point and paid at one point I had lost my room key or my kid had had it I went down and asked for a new one he then told me that he was going to give me one more and that was it until I brought him the rest of them and then told me I was allowed one more room key for my entire rest of my stay I was just completely baffled at that and every night after that was just absolutely ridiculous there was anywhere between four and six cops at the facility every night because he was calling them on guest for one reason or another he constantly was targeting mainly single women and children and was kicking them out for no reason at all he kicked one lady out because her dog wasn't on a leash and then he also made allegations that myself and the the GM were talking about him behind his back when in fact that is not true he also said that a group of people came down and basically told him how big of a piece of crap he was and called him all sorts of names which that also was not true nobody ever did that everybody who stays there is in jeopardy of losing their place to stay for the night and it could be anywhere between oh I don't know 10 PM to and 6:00 in the morning he mainly works graveyard so it's hard to say what this kid is capable of doing He's on some sort of a power trip and he needs to be put in his place so if you go to the Clarion point hotel in Medford or please be aware of a gentleman by the name of Carlos I can't even say gentleman because he's not he's rude as hell and just needs to be shut down so if he's there I would suggest running for the hills he walks around...
