Disliked: Pet stains all over our carpet! (We didn't bring a dog and she put us in a stinky pet stained room!)They were "out of kleenex" What hotel runs out of kleenex? My husband and I had only one small round bar of soap to share between shower and bathroom sink. Upon complaining about the many pet stains she said she could move us to floor three where they don't allow dogs? We checked in WITHOUT a dog! Why not put us in a room without dog odors and stains all over the floor?

Liked: I’m a local who likes to get out of the house a Cpl times a month, and I alwaysStay there. Besides the amenities, especially the breakfast , overwhelmingly, the best part of clarion point in Medford, is the staff and their enthusiasm to ensure their guests have best experience possible.
Disliked: Don’t have a dislike for this stay.
