It was an overall nice...

Liked: The overall hotel.
Disliked: Beds are too tall. I'm an amputee and needed to borrow a step to get in and out of the bed, which is difficult with one leg.

It was a great experience...

Liked: The hotel was very nice smell good. The hallways was nice and clean. My room was clean. Bathrooms was clean. I like everything about it and it was very comfortable.

If we come to Lakeland,...

Liked: Overall it was a great stay, my kids were a little disappointed though because they have a no kids in the pool after dark policy. But other than that it was excellent.

Liked: It’s was clean, the staff was super accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about. We genuinely enjoyed our trip.
