Disliked: The 250 dollar fee that was taken out of my card on top of the room payment. Nd it said nothing bout it. Otherwise I would of went else where.

Liked: Location was all we wanted
Disliked: We arrived and it was booked she said our card was declined and that she couldn’t let us in but she took the money anyway I want my money back

Disliked: Refrigerator wasn't working in our room. However the lady that was working the front desk and everything was amazing.

Place is run down and...

Liked: The staff at the front desk was polite and the location was good for where we were eventually going.
Disliked: The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in told us what our room number was out loud and there were other customers waiting. I feel that should not have been done and kept private. Our room was dirty and had a strong odor that smelled like a mix of cleaning products and bleach. The smell was very unpleasant. There was an old and ripped chair and ottoman that was unpleasant just to look at little alone sit on. There was wall paper peeling off the wall and it appeared there was some sort of substance behind it that looked like black mold. Overall, the room was filthy and we decided to leave immediately and book a room at another hotel nearby

I would never stay there...

Disliked: The musty smell, black mold and cob webs on wall, I had some sort of insect bites on my back

An Unexpected Pleasant Surprise!

Liked: Fabulous breakfast that changed up each day and was constantly refreshed...especially the coffee. They also had a FRESJH coffee and tea station going 24hrs per day. Location was perfect to downtown Jamestown. There was a Tim Horton's across the street for sandwiches and snacks (donuts) and a Bob Evan's in their parking lot. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The wifi worked fine and they had USA Today's out each day.
Disliked: The side door entry lock did not work and they kept it open pried with a piece of wood...a bit of a safety concern here. The room was a bit small for two beds but it worked for us.
