Liked: The location was great! We were near all the retail stores and food places. Only 17min from massanutten resort, where we went for the indoor waterpark. Staff was very friendly!!
Disliked: We had to switch rooms because the first room had what looked like spider eggs in the corner. If the rooms are being cleaned then thst shouldn't have been there. The room could've been a little bit bigger but overall was decent.

Disliked: Cockroaches everywhere in the room. I informed the staff but they really didn’t seem to care. No shampoo or conditioner in room either.

It was convenient but not...

Liked: The hotel is convenient to the college and the highway. The staff member who checked us in had to be found, but she was quite pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The room was old; the bathroom was run-down, with peeling fixtures and it wasn't very clean. The level of noise coming from the hallway and adjacent room was higher than normal.

Disliked: Shower was terrible! Shower head loose, poor flow. Shower mixer confusing, difficult to find proper temperature
