Bad
Liked: Nothing! The hotel was closed and I'm surprised booking.com didn't know it at all.
Disliked: It has been 7 days and booking.com still hasn't refunded the money back to me. I am frustrated and disappointed. It's not easy to find a phone# for booking.com customer service from their website. I need to look for it from google. When I talked to the guy at booking.com today and he said it will take up to another 12 days for me to get the refund from them.

Horrible. also never using booking.com...
Liked: Nothing it was closed and abandoned. We booked it six months ago. They didn’t even give us a refund after callingbooking.com.
Disliked: Everything obviously, we had to find a new place to stay. There was a handwritten piece of papers stuck to the front door saying call your travel advisor so we did and your number was out of country so we got charged $50 for talking to you guys (booking .com)and then you guys didn’t even give us a refund.

Sucked! Hotel was closed!
Liked: We drove 4 1/2 hours from Dallas to stay in our hotel for 1 night before our cruise only to find the hotel was closed . Trying to get our money back! We received no notification that our hotel !
Disliked: Hotel should have called and emailed that we no longer had a room.

WISH I HAD BEEN ABLE...
Liked: If I had been able to stay at it I would have enjoyed it as I have stayed there before. The PROPERTY IS CLOSED!!!!! My reservation was for 10/27. Drove 5+ hours only to find it closed. I was told that Booking.com was informed on 10/2 of this situation. Had to go find another hotel. NOT a good way to start a vacation.
Disliked: See above. Booking.com should have notified me and/or should be the ones to confirm that reservations are verified by the property. Not sure how this happened but it started our trip off in a very stressed out way!!

Total rip off - scam
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Booked this trip 7 months ago and paid at that time. Drove 5 hours to hotel and it is closed! No one notified me. I did not get my money refunded. I called booking.com customer service and it was not marked it was not toll free. I got a phone bill for $56 while trying to call to resolve their error because it was not a toll free number. The number was listed on their site for customer service. No one from booking.com will respond to my messages or emails and I have not been refunded for this room. Very disappointed with booking.com.

Totally ridiculous!
Liked: The hotel was Out of business so we didn’t stay there! I WANT A REFUND FOR MY $92 that was used to confirm my reservation!

HOTEL WAS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS
Liked: NOTHING!!!!!We arrived from Houston and after the Uber dropped us off.....we found the hotel was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS and NOONE told us.
Disliked: The fact that we weren't told the hotel was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS before we arrived was disgusting!We had to find another hotel and quickly.....Booking.com needs to learn how to communicate with people!!
