Disliked: No microwaves in room, 1 by the elevator for entire floor. Trash in the halfway entire 4 days of stay, food and waste spilling from garbage near communal microwave as you step off elevator.

Nice stay on the way...

Liked: The front desk lady was amazing. I wish I would’ve gotten her name for a shout out! Hotel was nice, comfortable & clean.
Disliked: The bed was very squeaky, every time you moved it made noise. The breakfast was pretty lame.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was spacious and had two comfortable chairs and two beds and the mattresses were comfortable.
Disliked: I didn't like the $25 charge for my very small pet. He was never alone in the room and he didn't bark and he is non-shedding and we took him outside several times. I feel like charging over half of what the two adults paid was too much.

Friendly staff clean rooms and...

Liked: Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. Close to restaurants and to facility where my son participated in the Tennessee State Wrestling Tournament.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. There were a lot of wrestling families staying and we had to be at expo center early. Breakfast was mediocre.

It was a decent stay

Liked: Beds were comfortable and it was clean
Disliked: Everything was good except the tub and breakfast. Breakfast was very minimal. And the tub had little hot water, no pressure, and couldn't stop the tub up to have a sit down to relax. And the room had a smell to it

This place is nasty.

Liked: Location was fine.
Disliked: This place is nasty! Had to request a new room, first room was nasty. Rotten food in the refrigerator and urine all over the toliet. Also the room smelled horribly of weed. Second room we were giving wasn't much better. The breakfast area was gross. I would not stay there again!
