Disliked: Maids start LOUDLY cleaning at 8 in the morning so you can't sleep. Will not visit again because of this

Great value.
Liked: Our beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff offered to assist in ordering pizza for dinner. Rooms seemed clean and modern. Temperature in room was adjustable and allowed us to set for comfort.
Disliked: Shower water was lukewarm. Bathroom walls had peeling paint. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Our room had a bad smell, and windows could not be opened to allow fresh air to enter.

Liked: Close to the interstate and places to eat close by
Disliked: The room smelled like a cat litter box. You could tell the room we stayed in animals urinated on the walls as there were stains. The one chair located in the room was already tore and smelled of urine. We had two dogs with us and it’s hard to find rooms that allow animals and they usually charge a lot more so this place was the one we chose. We just asked personnel at the desk for a mop and we moped the floor and sprayed our air freshener spray to help with the smell as we were only going to stay a short while. Well we ended up checking out a day early because we could take the smell any longer. On the ride back home we got a call from an employee from this establishment and said they were charging us damages fee for the chair. Mind you it was already damaged and our dogs ( one of which is 4lbs and is missing teeth) are locked in their crates when we are not there. We advised them of this and the initial discomfort but they advised us we decided to stay and the chair was damaged from our stay. ( I guess it’s better to show how disgusting and displeased you are instead of just not making a scene and mopping the floor yourself) anyways, We asked to speak to the manager and they never called us back meanwhile I’m still charged for a prior damaged chair. I don’t usually waste my time in write a review or any kind but I fell like they are scamming people over and over for this chair it was in room 102 so beware. At least tell them about any damages you notice prior to your stay, lesson learn for me.
