Really bad experience. I don't...

Liked: The breakfast area
Disliked: The fact that the receptionist and all the staff lied to me. They mentioned a $25 refund due to not having a better room for us and tv not working. I never received the refund and it's not about the $25 refund but why would they lie to you about this. Just say we don't have the room you were expecting but we have a different one and why mention a refund when it was all a lie.

Needs a detail cleaning

Disliked: The property was a hotel but a lot of people live there which I didn’t mind it was quiet at night but kind of awkward . Overall they do need to deep clean the place I checked the sheets were clean but i keep smelling like beer they when up and cleaned it but the bathroom Needs detail of cleaning on clenaing breakfast was nothing cereal coffee Begos waffle I did not have breakfast was not my type though . The couch was really dirty

Liked: They were pet friendly
Disliked: The floor was dirty, tv didn't work, nor did the room phone. They took the deposit from my Cash app card but didn't put it back on like they said they would. Then girl at the front desk acted all snotty about it. I won't be staying at Clarion Point again!
