Disliked: Riff raff hanging out in parking lot all hours.

Liked: There is a lady at check-in that is just suer nice and welcoming, I don't remember her name but she is married to a police officer. The place is old and worn down but clean and the value is great. The breakfast is decent.

Liked: Location and price
Disliked: First night my tv did not work, called front desk they said they would contact maintenance. I unpacked my things waited an hour and called front desk again who informed me maintenance had left. I was not staying without the TV since I do not like silence when I am alone. He then told me to pack my things come to lobby where I got another room. 1. He was not going to tell me Maintenance had left. 2. He did even apologize or offer me anything. I am traveling for work and would have booked 2 nights each week for at least a year.

Convenient and inexpensive

Liked: Inexpensive and perfectly adequate. Breakfast was much better than expected.
Disliked: A bit noisy. Lots of traffic and some railroad noise. Not well sound insulated. Too much breakfast waste - plastic/styrofoam. Out of milk, napkins, tea. Unpleasant and unhelpful weekend morning attendant.
