Disliked: The bathroom was cold. Not enough heat going into it. The bed was uncomfortable. It gave me a pressure point pain on my hips and I am not a large person. I weigh less than 130lbs. Did not like the location.

This is the only place I will ever stay again if attending a show in downtown Syracuse. The room was new, clean, nicely appointed, and comes with a wonderful hot and cold breakfast! All for a decent price. This place is a no brainer and would recommend it to anyone.

Liked: Big comfy bed.
Disliked: Nothing.

Was down to see a show at the Landmark. Close to the theatre and downtown entertainment. Walking distance to everything. Neighborhood was a bit "shady", but honestly, was not a concern at all. Room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom clean. Nothing to complain about. Perfect if you're looking for a place to rest your head and nothing more.

Liked: Clean; good water pressure; quiet; good beds.
Disliked: Nothing to comment on.

Liked: Garbage cans were emptied.
Disliked: It was very dirty; the floors werent vacuumed; the heat didn't work correctly; an hour before checkout we lost power in the hotel room.
