Liked: It was conveniently located area restaurants, shops, and attractions.
Disliked: First, I booked the trip through Booking.com (which I have used many times with no issue). According to the hotel agent, the reservation was never received by the hotel, even though I received confirmation emails from Booking.com and the hotel itself. The agent tried to get her supervisor to help, but they could not figure out what happened and would not contact Booking customer service but did give me the number to call. After almost an hour on hold with no response, I had no choice but to pay a separate fee for the two rooms I originally booked. After getting that sorted and finally getting to my room, it had not been cleaned, so we had to go back and get another assigned. The hotel itself was not as clean as it should be. Right inside the front door was a large dead cockroach and a needle pack and there were some kind of stains on the wall behind the door in one of my rooms. Upon check-out, the two agents at the desk barely acknowledged me (the one lady did say, "Enjoy the rest of your day," while the gentleman completely ignored me) and seemed bothered that I requested a receipt.

Disliked: I got locked out of my room and took a very long time to get in. I was exhausted and getting mad at the situation because all I wanted was bed. The front desk tried calling manager several times with no response. He did the best he could with the situation.
