Disliked: Hair dryer was broken, dirty coffee pots, phone wasn’t working correctly and we found roaches in the room. Very disappointed

Disliked: The lobby floor was visibly dirty. The wallpaper was peeling off of the walls. The room smelled of mold. There was visible mold around the window and within the room itself. this caused me to have difficulty breathing, which is a health hazard.

Disliked: It was dirty the windowsill was not wiped in a long time and there were cob web on the window on the inside

Liked: It was right off the exit.
Disliked: The staff was pleasant, but the facilities were severely outdated and in disrepair. Outlets did not work, equipment in the gym did not work, property advertises a pool which does not exist. In addition, the property on the outside is a complete risk management issue. Security lights do not work, the parking lot is in disrepair and a trip hazard. All of these issues and we were charged over $200 per night for a basic room. Choice Hotels really needs to take a look at this property and give it a complete update.
